To make a return, please contact us at support@ellecole.com within 7 days of your delivery. Returned merchandise is only accepted if a manufacturer defect is discovered upon receipt of product. When returning item, it must arrive in good condition, unused.

Please note a restocking fee of 25% applies to all returned product.

There are no returns after 7 days of purchase.
